Kimberly Siebring

Kimberly A. Siebring, 49, of New Albin died Sunday, February 3, 2019 at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in La Crosse, WI. Funeral services were held Saturday, February 9 at Ebenezer Presbyterian Church in George with Rev. John Pea and Fr. Richard Ries officiating. Burial was at Evergreen Lawn Cemetery in George.

Kimberly Ann Pereira-Siebring was born August 17, 1969 at Evanston, IL, the daughter of Bruno Pereira and Barbra Gail Jordan. Kim was baptized at St. Norbert’s Catholic Church and was confirmed at Our Lady of the Brook Catholic Church in Northbrook, IL.

Kim graduated from Glenbrook North High School in Northbrook, IL and attended Iowa State University in Ames. She graduated with a degree in engineering and started working for her family business, Kim Anjie IA, LLC.

July 16, 1994, she was united in marriage to Eric Owen Siebring in Northbrook, IL. Over the years they made their home in Waukon, Chicago, IL and New Albin. Kim’s greatest joys in life included her family and fur babies (dogs and cats) and traveling the world. Memorable trip destinations included India, Europe, Costa Rica and South Africa. She also enjoyed music and hiking and was a member of the Waukon Jaycees.

Kim is survived by her husband, Eric, of New Albin; her parents, Bruno (Joyce) Pereira of Cocoa, FL and Gail Pereira of Winslow, AR; her sister, Anjeanette Carney of Merritt Island, FL; her “adopted” sister, Trix Colby of Villa Park, IL; her nephews and nieces: Dante Gamble and Brooklynn Carney of Merritt Island, FL and Conner and Lauren Jurrens of George; her parents-in-law, Gary and Beverly Siebring of George; her sisters-in-law, Amy (Jerry) Jurrens and Gina (Dean Julius) Siebring, all of George; and many aunts, uncles and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
