Search warrant execution results in seizure of meth lab

Thursday, January 16, the Waukon Police Department and Allamakee County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search warrant at 409 Third Avenue NW in Waukon, resulting in the seizure of an active methamphetamine lab and the arrest of four Waukon residents. Tod Frieden, age 43, and Andrew Lawson, age 27, were arrested and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine. Kimberly Pearson, age 37, was also arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Alan Haag, age 28, was charged with prohibited acts, conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, a Class B felony. The Waukon Police Department was also assisted by the Waukon Fire Department and Veterans Memorial Hospital staff.
