Another busy week for the Kee boys basketball team features scoring highs and lows on the way to a single win in three games

The Kee boys basketball team posted just a single win in another busy week of three games this past week, falling early in the week at home before splitting a pair of away games with scoring totals on each end of the spectrum. The Hawks began the week with a 45-64 home loss in Upper Iowa Conference (UIC) play to Postville Tuesday, December 5 before back-to-back days of competition away from home yielded a 77-39 win at West Central Friday, December 8 followed by a 14-60 loss to Leroy-Ostrander out of Minnesota in an Iowa-Minnesota Border Battle match-up hosted by Luther College in Decorah Saturday, December 9.

Currently holding a 2-4 season record, including a 2-2 start to the Upper Iowa Conference season, Kee was next slated to host Turkey Valley Tuesday, December 12 before playing at South Winneshiek Friday, December 15. The Hawks will then wrap up the pre-holiday portion of their schedule with a Monday, December 18 non-conference game at De Soto, WI. Kee is then slated to return to action after the holidays with back-to-back nights of competition, hosting Houston, MN Thursday, January 4 before playing at Clayton Ridge Friday, January 5.
