Lough, Otting to wed May 12

Courtney Lough and Marc Otting, both of Waukon, wish to announce their engagement and wedding to take place May 12, 2018 at Immaculate Conception Church in Lansing. A reception will be held at 5 p.m. at the Waukon Banquet Center with a dance to follow at 8 p.m.
Parents of the bride-to-be are Chris and Kimberly (Lough) Wilhelm of Decorah. Parents of the groom-to-be are Pat and Jane Otting of Waukon.
The bride-to-be is a 2012 graduate of Decorah High School and a 2015 graduate of Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC) in Calmar in the Nursing program. She is employed full-time at Gundersen Health System and on an as-needed basis with the Good Samaritan Society in Waukon.
The groom-to-be is a 2012 graduate of Waukon High School and a 2014 graduate of NICC’s Automotive Technology program. He is employed full-time with his family’s business, Culligan Water Conditioning in Waukon.
