Kee softball team sweeps Upper Iowa Conference pair and other foes during the week, splits four weekend games to finish sixth at West Delaware Tournament

Pitches perfect game and homers ... Kee softball senior Kendra Cooper gets mobbed by teammates as she jumps toward home plate after blasting a two-run homerun in game one of the Hawks’ home doubleheader sweep of Starmont Monday, June 11. In addition to her power at the plate she was also magnificent on the mound in pitching a perfect game in that first contest, striking out nine of the 15 batters she faced in the ballgame.
