Frances Luther to celebrate 90th birthday August 25

Frances Luther of Kasson, MN will be celebrating her 90th birthday with an open house hosted by her family at the Farmers and Merchants Savings Bank at 201 W. Main Street in Waukon.  Friends, coworkers and former students are invited to attend the celebration Saturday, August 25 from 2-4:30 p.m.
