Waukon Homecoming Tailgate Party proceeds donated ...

Farmers & Merchants Savings Bank in Waukon recently presented a check in the amount of $1,140.00 to the Allamakee Athletic Booster Club from proceeds the bank received through its Homecoming tailgate party held Friday, October 5 at Waukon High School. Serving hamburgers and hot dogs grilled by the Allamakee County Cattlemen, the bank accepted free will donations with all proceeds being donated to the Allamakee Athletic Booster Club. Farmers & Merchants Savings Bank has donated $11,763.08 to the Allamakee Athletic Booster Club in the nine years this event has been held. As part of this year’s event, Farmers & Merchants Savings Bank also conducted a drawing for a 50” Sharp smart TV with Roku.
