The Kee boys basketball team hosted a two-game home stand this past week, coming out on the same unfortunate end of both contests but by differing degrees. The Hawks first fell to South Winneshiek, 69-44, Tuesday, January 8 before battling Postville to a much closer final result but still ending up on the short end, 40-38, Friday, January 11.

Falling to 2-9 overall, 2-8 in Upper Iowa Conference (UIC) play, the Hawks were next scheduled to travel to Clayton Ridge Tuesday, January 15 before also hitting the road to take on Houston, MN Thursday, January 17. The Kee boys will then play a busy following week, hosting Seneca, WI Monday, January 21 before playing at Turkey Valley Tuesday, January 22 and at Central Elkader Friday, January 25.
