Shelby Bodley, Sam Schwartz to exchange vows October 12

Jamie and Elaine Bodley of Waukon and Dave and Joan Schwartz of Waterville wish to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their children, Shelby Bodley and Sam Schwartz, both of Waukon. The wedding ceremony will take place October 12, 2019 at a barn in rural Waukon with a reception to follow at the Allamakee County Fairgrounds Pavilion in Waukon and a dance being held from 8 p.m. to midnight.

The bride-to-be is a 2013 graduate of Waukon High School and a 2018 graduate of the University of Northern Iowa (UNI) in Cedar Falls with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. She is employed as a personal banker at Luana Savings Bank.

The groom-to-be is a 2014 graduate of Waukon High School and a 2015 graduate of Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC) in Calmar with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dairy Science Technology. He is employed as a herdsman at RoLinda Acres in Waterville.
