Kee boys basketball team splits pair of Upper Iowa Conference contests at home, beats Central Elkader, 53-34, falls to MFL/MarMac by 84-41 result

The Kee boys basketball team split its pair of home games this past week, ending up on opposite ends of the results column against a pair of Upper Iowa Conference foes. The Hawks opened the week with a 53-34 win at home Tuesday, December 17 over winless Central Elkader before falling to a single-loss MFL/MarMac at home Friday, December 20 by an 84-41 final result.

Holding a 3-4 overall record, 2-3 in Upper Iowa Conference play, the Hawks are now on their holiday break. The Kee boys will return to the court in the new year with back-to-back days of competition, first hosting North Fayette Valley Friday, January 3 before playing Waterloo Columbus Saturday, January 4 at Upper Iowa University in Fayette.
