27th Annual Foundation Golf Tournament alternative offered during COVID-19

The Veterans Memorial Health Care Foundation annual Three Person Best-Shot Golf Tournament that was scheduled for June 22 has been restructured for this unprecedented year due to COVID-19 restrictions. The Foundation has partnered with the Waukon Golf and Country Club to offer an alternative “COVID - Classic” tournament which includes a round of 18 holes of golf and a $10 drink voucher to use anytime between now and October 15, 2020. Registration forms for this on-your-own tournament are available at the Waukon Golf and County Club and on the Veterans Memorial Hospital website at www.veteransmemorialhospital.com. The registration fee is $50 and includes the 18 holes of golf and the $10 drink ticket. Registration forms can be turned in at Veterans Memorial Hospital or mailed to the hospital at 40 First Street SE, Waukon IA 52172. The vouchers for the 18 holes of golf and beverages will be mailed out as soon as the registration is received.

Funds raised at this 27th Annual Foundation Golf Tournament will be used to benefit health care and the citizens served by Veterans Memorial Hospital in the Allamakee and northern Clayton County communities. For more information about the 27th annual golf tournament event, call VMH at 563-568-3411.
