The Waukon girls track team pulled double duty this past week in competing in a pair of nearby meets. The Lady Indians finished fourth in both of those meets, finishing behind a trio of Upper Iowa Conference squads at the Postville Invitational Tuesday, April 6 and doing likewise behind a trio of Northeast Iowa Conference foes at Decorah Thursday, April 8.

The Lady Indians were next scheduled to host their own Early Bird Invitational Tuesday, April 13, but that meet was called off Monday due to forecasted cold and windy weather conditions. The track Tribe was slated to compete at New Hampton Thursday, April 15 before traveling to Crestwood Tuesday, April 20 and then to North Fayette Valley Friday, April 23.
