Terri Irene Palmer was born August 21, 1956 in Waukon, the daughter of Clayton “Neal” and Shirley (Brooks) Palmer. She also worked at Northern Engraving, Regal Boats in Orlando, FL and at Cabela’s in Prairie du Chien, WI.

Terri loved being outdoors: working in her garden, feeding and watching the birds, collecting agates, fishing, hunting, camping, and especially a good campfire. She also enjoyed traveling throughout the United States, dancing and spending time with her family and friends, particularly her nieces and nephews. Terri loved the many dogs she has had over the years. She touched so many people over the years with her smile and great sense of humor.

Survivors include her long-time companion, Wilbur Kollmann of Harpers Ferry; her siblings: Debra Harmening of West Salem, WI, Kathy (Paul) Benda of Waukon, Kenny (Donna) Palmer and Dave (Betty) Palmer, both of Harpers Ferry, and Sandy (Danny) Stocks of Waterville; many nieces and nephews; lifelong friend Becky See; and others. She is preceded in death by her parents and two nephews, Joshua Palmer and Kadin Harmening.
