Waukon boys golf team falls at home to Waverly

The Waukon boys golf team was limited to just one meet this past week, having a Monday, April 18 non-conference meet at North Fayette Valley postponed to a date yet to be determined. In the one meet they were able to compete in this past week, the Indian golf boys fell to a strong Waverly-Shell Rock team by a 209-155 final result at home Tuesday, April 19.

The Indians were next scheduled for another consecutive nights of competition, the golf Tribe playing at Caledonia Monday, April 25 and then at Charles City Tuesday, April 26. The golf Tribe will then play at New Hampton Thursday, May 5 and has its Northeast Iowa Conference Tournament scheduled for Friday, May 13 at Charles City.
