Earl and Ruth (Schlitter) Jones of Harpers Ferry are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary. The couple married November 29, 1952 at the Volney Methodist Church.
Their family includes Larry Jones of Harpers Ferry, Kenny and Kathy Jones of Harpers Ferry and Rick and Barb Jones of New Albin, as well as six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
