Tom and Alana Gavin of Lansing announce the birth of their son, Breyson Patrick Gavin, born August 31, 2016 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 7 lbs. 6 ozs. and measured 20 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins siblings Brielle (4) and Brogan (3).

Grandparents are Pat and Kay Gavin of Lansing and Dan and Joan Lyons of Waukon. Great-grandparents are Georgianna Gavin of Lansing, Theresa Lyons of Waukon, and Gerald and Janette Blong of Waukon.
 

Bill and Nikki Breimon of Waukon announce the birth of their daughter, Aurelia Louise Breimon, born September 4, 2016 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. She weighed 8 lbs. 4 ozs. and measured 20-1/2 inches in length at the time of her birth. She joins a brother, Gunner (17 months).

Grandparents are Mike and Marsha Reisner, Mike and Linda Handke and Kathy Breimon, all of Waukon. Great-grandparents are Gene and Margie Ewing of Monona and Arlene Handke of Waukon.
 

Randy and Samantha Wagner of Farmersburg announce the birth of their daughter, Waverly Jane Wagner, born September 1, 2016 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. She weighed 7 lbs. 7 ozs. and measured 20-1/2 inches in length at the time of her birth.

Grandparents are Don and Cheryl Wagner of Farmersburg, Mark Ehrhardt of Monona and the late Sandra Ehrhardt. Great-grandparents are Delores Wagner of Monona, Erbie Steffens of Frankville and Pat Breitsprecher of Monona.
 

Tyler and Mandy Halverson of Waukon announce the birth of their son, Huxley Scot Halverson, born September 1, 2016 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 9 lbs. 2.4 ozs. and measured 20-1/2 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins siblings Harper (4), Havanna (2) and Hadalyn (1).

Grandparents are Al and Sandy Halverson of Waukon, Brian McCarthy of Dubuque and Marty and Lori Hemann of Fredericksburg.

Brock and Kasey Iverson of Luana announce the birth of their son, Wyatt Craig Iverson, born September 5, 2016 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 7 lbs. 15 ozs. and measured 22 inches in length at the time of his birth.

Grandparents are Craig and Janet Iverson of Waukon, Lyle and Brenda Kurth of Luana, and Sherry and the late Cliff Knudtson of Waukon. Great-grandparents are Gilbert and Jean Kurth of Waukon.
 

Matt and Leigh Vorwald of Monona announce the birth of their son, Wittley Kidd Vorwald, born August 31, 2016 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 8 lbs. 8 ozs. and measured 21-1/2 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins a brother, Hayes (2).

Grandparents are Blane and Cheryl Corlett and Mike and Lori Vorwald, all of McGregor. Great-grandparents are Harold and Joanne Vorwald of Monona and Olga Corlett of McGregor.
 

Jake Mohs and Amy Link of Postville announce the birth of their son, Logan Thomas  Mohs, born September 5, 2016 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 7 lbs. 13 ozs. and measured 20 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins siblings, Shawn (9) and Damien (4) Mohs.

Grandparents are Jeff Mohs and Brenda Berns, Tom and Cheri Manternach, and John and Kim Link.

Brady and Carrie Waldron of Luana announce the birth of their son, River James Waldron, born September 2, 2016 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 7 lbs. 15 ozs. and measured 21-3/4 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins a sister, Willow (3).

Grandparents are Steve and Amy Knox. Great-grandparents are Gene and Joyce Knox.
 

Cody Meyer and Nikki Schulte, both of Dorchester, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding to be held Saturday, September 10, 2016 at St. Luke’s United Church of Christ in Eitzen, MN. A reception will follow at the Eitzen Community Center.

The bride-to-be is a 2011 graduate of Waukon Senior High School and a 2013 graduate of NICC with degrees in agriculture. She is employed as a DuPont Pioneer Sales Representative.

She is the daughter of David Schulte and the late Julie Schulte of Dorchester.

The groom-to-be is a 2006 graduate of Waukon Senior High School. He is employed as a mechanic by JB Holland in Decorah. He is the son of Bryan and Lois Meyer of Dorchester.
 

Gene Bay and Deb Hutchings, both of Lansing, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding scheduled to take place September 10, 2016 at the Red Barn Campground in Lansing. A reception will follow at Shep’s Riverside Bar & Grill in Lansing at 5 p.m. with a dance beginning at 8 p.m.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of John and Mary Iseli of Waukon. She is employed at Thornton Manor Nursing Center in Lansing.

The groom-to-be is the son of Earl and Evie Bay of Viroqua, WI. He is employed by Lansing Fire.
