Kee boys basketball team splits Upper Iowa Conference pair to begin 2014-2015 season

The Kee boys basketball team began the new season with a split of a pair of Upper Iowa Conference contests this past week. The Hawks opened their season with a 58-54 home win over Central Elkader before falling at MFL/MarMac Friday, December 5 by an 87-62 final.
The Hawks were next slated to host Postville Tuesday, December 9 before back-to-back nights of competition to end this week, at Turkey Valley Friday, December 12 and at home against Mabel-Canton, MN Saturday, December 13. Kee will then host South Winneshiek Tuesday, December 16 before playing at Starmont Friday, December 19 to wrap up its schedule prior to the upcoming holiday break.
