Birth announcement: Byrnes

Jennifer and Nicholas Byrnes of Dorchester announce the birth of their daughter, Willa Bay Byrnes, December 28, 2015, at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. She weighed 7 lbs. 4 ozs., and measured 20 inches at her birth. Willa Bay joins brother Silas (2).
Grandparents are Patricia and James Byrnes of Dorchester, and Charlie and Debbie Colsch of Rossville.
