Schnabel, Winkie united in marriage August 22

Rebecca Schnabel, daughter of Lester and Eva Schnabel of Sheffield, and Jared Winkie, son of Brad and Linda Winkie of Waukon, exchanged vows August 22, 2015 at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Hampton. The Rev. Karl Bollhagen officiated the ceremony, and Michelle Stille, friend of the bride, was the Soloist.
Maid of Honor was Paula Schnabel, sister of the bride, and Matron of Honor was Laura Hegtvedt, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids included Mariah Jorgensen, friend of the bride, Michelle Winkie, sister of the groom, Krystal Schnabel, sister in law of the bride. Flower Girl was Lillian Schnabel, niece of the bride. The bride's personal attendants were Maddy LeDuc and DeAnn Scott-Harp, friends of the bride.
Best Man was Luke Schulte, friend of the groom.
Groomsmen included Matt Schulte, friend of the groom, Christian Overholtzer, friend of the groom, Thomas Buresh, friend of the groom, and Matthew Schnabel, brother of the bride.
Ushers were Kyle Hegtvedt, brother in law of bride, and Mike McKee, friend of the couple.
A reception was held following the ceremony at the Franklin County Convention Center in Hampton.
Host and Hostess were Justin and Carol Schnabel, uncle and aunt of the bride, and Matt and Connie Hobson, uncle and aunt of the groom. Guest Book attendant was Jonna Andersen, friend of the bride; gift carriers were Kaylee Kurth and Julie Kurth, cousins of the groom; and cake cutters were Connie Kurth and JoAnn Winkie, aunts of the groom.
Grandparents of the bride are Lula Bell of Kanawha, and Glenn Schnabel of Sheffield. Grandparents of the groom are Jane Schneider of Waukon, and Darlene Winkie of Postville.
The bride works at the Waukon Feed Ranch, Waukon, and the groom at Winkie Farms, Waukon. Following their honeymoon at Yellowstone National Park, the couple will make their home in Waukon.
