Mike and Joan Reburn of New Albin, along with Teresa Willis and the late Randall “Tip” Willis of Muscatine, are proud to announce the engagement of their children, Heidi Reburn and Treaver Willis. An October 1 wedding is planned at St. Joseph Church in New Albin.
