The Kee volleyball team had just one competition on its schedule this past week, hosting a successful Upper Iowa Conference dual with MFL/MarMac Tuesday, September 26. That dual got off to somewhat of a rollercoaster start with the Hawks soaring to a 25-9 first-set victory but then falling to the visiting Bulldogs by an 18-25 result in set two. Kee then took control of the match with a sweep of the final two sets, 25-18 and 25-16, to claim the match.

Holding an 11-10 match record so far this season, including a 4-3 mark in Upper Iowa Conference play, the volleyball Hawks are next scheduled to play a Thursday, October 5 match at Postville before playing in the Riceville Tournament Saturday, October 7 and then finishing up their dual match regular season at home with South Winneshiek Thursday, October 12. Kee will then compete in the Upper Iowa Conference Tournament at North Fayette Valley Saturday, October 14. The Hawk netters are then scheduled to open postseason tournament play Tuesday, October 17 at home against Turkey Valley, beginning at 7 p.m.
