Search warrant executed in Waukon results in multiple drug-related arrests

Tuesday, January 9, the Waukon Police Department and the Allamakee County Sheriff's Department conducted a search warrant at 61 Jean Road in Waukon. As a result of the search, multiple arrests were made on multiple drug-related charges.

Blake Pohlman, age 29, of Waukon was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver (class C felony) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Christine Bark, age 30, of Waukon was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine (second offense) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Dillan Boydston, age 35, of Fountain, MN was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Methamphetamine (class D felony) and Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Substance (a class D felony), both of those last two charges being third or subsequent offenses for Boydston. Jenny McGuigan, age 39, of Waukon was also arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The Waukon Police Department and Allamakee County Sheriff's Department were assisted by the Iowa State Patrol and Veterans Memorial Hospital Ambulance Service of Waukon. A criminal charge is merely an accusation and defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
