Ethan and Danielle French of Monona announce the birth of their son, Mark Raymond French, born March 9, 2018 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 8 lbs. 7.4 ozs. and measured 20-1/2 inches in length at the time of his birth.
