Kee girls basketball team produces some of its best results within past several years in undefeated week of two UIC wins

The Kee girls basketball team played its way to an undefeated week with a pair of victories in Upper Iowa Conference play this past week that saw the Lady Hawks score the most points they have since December 2016 in one game and follow that with the least points they’ve allowed since January 2019. The Kee girls opened the week with a 72-38 home win over Postville Tuesday, December 12 before recording a 40-16 triumph at South Winneshiek Friday, December 15.

Holding a 5-3 season record, including a 5-2 mark in Upper Iowa Conference play, the Lady Hawks were next scheduled to wrap up the pre-holiday portion of their schedule, traveling to West Central Tuesday, December 19 before hosting New Hampton Thursday, December 21. The Hawks will then return to the court after the new year with a Tuesday, January 2 game at Waukon followed by a home match-up with Turkey Valley Friday, January 5.
