The Waukon boys golf team remained undefeated at home when the Indians topped the three-team field of their own home triangular Monday, April 13. The golf Tribe had all four of its scored golfers finish within the top seven individuals at the triangular, including a tie for medalist honors, to compile a team score of 154 strokes that finished ahead of MFL/MarMac’s team score of 162 strokes and the 173 strokes tallied by Central Elkader.
The Indians were next scheduled to play at Waverly-Shell Rock Monday, April 20 against the host Go-Hawks and New Hampton. They will then host New Hampton Tuesday, April 21 in a girl-boy dual meet for each squad before playing in a Clayton Ridge quadrangular at Guttenberg Monday, April 27, playing at Sumner-Fredericksburg Tuesday, April 28 and competing in the West Delaware 18-hole quadrangular Thursday, April 30. They will begin the month of May with a May 1 home triangular against Caledonia and Houston out of Minnesota.
