Allamakee County Conservation Board seeking information on Old Stone House north of Postville

The Allamakee County Conservation Board (ACCB) is looking for information and pictures anyone in the public may have pertaining to the Old Stone House that used to stand north of Postville on Old Hwy. 51 along the Yellow River. With the Conservation Board’s continued current development of Stonebrook Park, located across the road from where the Stone House used to stand, the Board would like to create some informational kiosks pertaining to the Old Stone House and its rich history to the area.
Any articles and/or photos submitted will be used for reproduction purposes only and returned to whomever submitted them once the design is complete.
