Speech schedule released; state contest in Decorah

On Saturday, February 5th Postville Speech students will be participating in State Speech Contest. This year contest is held at Decorah High School, with a few sections in the Elementary. The following groups will be participating at the event with times and centers listed.
Readers Theater will be performing at 8:30 a.m. in Center 3, which is the vocal room in the High School.
Choral Reading is performing at 9:45 a.m. in Center 6 (Band Room) in the High School.
Musical Theater performs at 11:00 a.m. in Center 10 (Wrestling Room) of the High School.
Ensemble Acting-"Vanities", with Courtney Brainard, Hanna Schutte and Heather McMullan; will be performing at 1:15 p.m. in Center 11.
Group Improv with Karsten Snitker, Tim Delaney and Tom Catterson will be performing at 1:48 p.m. in Center 9 in the Decorah Elementary Building.
Ensemble Acting "Madame President", with Shaun Rekow and Stacy Berns performs at 2:30 p.m. in Center 11
Group Improv with Aaron Schutte, Aaron Kruse and Matt Moore will be performing at 3:12 p.m. in Center 9 in the Elementary building.These times are subject to change due to scratches or running over in time. Also remember to get in the centers early so you can get a seat and not be locked out of the room. Good luck to all those in speech and have a "Onederful" day!
