Gene Bay and Deb Hutchings, both of Lansing, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding scheduled to take place September 10, 2016 at the Red Barn Campground in Lansing. A reception will follow at Shep’s Riverside Bar & Grill in Lansing at 5 p.m. with a dance beginning at 8 p.m.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of John and Mary Iseli of Waukon. She is employed at Thornton Manor Nursing Center in Lansing.

The groom-to-be is the son of Earl and Evie Bay of Viroqua, WI. He is employed by Lansing Fire.

Margaret Blake will be celebrating her 90th birthday with an open house Saturday, September 24 at the Farmers & Merchants Savings Bank Community Room in Waukon from 1-4 p.m. Margaret’s family is hosting the event. Everyone is welcome to attend and help Margaret celebrate the occasion.
 

Nick and Shannen Mezera of Waukon announce the birth of their son, Rhett Nicholas Mezera, born August 30, 2016 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 9 lbs. 5 ozs. and measured 22 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins two sisters, Denver (6) and Emerson (4).

Grandparents are Bob Nargang of Waukon, Elda Nargang of Clarksville, and Mark and Mary Jane Mezera of Prairie du Chien, WI. Betty Kelleher of Nashua is a great-grandparent.
 

Jonathan and Cathy Buhl of Waukon announce the birth of their son, Cameron Jerome Buhl, born August 23, 2016 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 7 lbs. 14 ozs. and measured 20 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins a brother, Connor (4).

Grandparents are Don and Lynn Buhl of Lansing and Marty and Lisa Melcher of Lansing. Great-grandparents are Mae Jensen of Rochester, MN, Roger and Karen Melcher of Harpers Ferry, and Lyle and Judy Dee of Waukon.
 

Mike Donahue and Morgan Radloff of Monona announce the birth of their daughter, Britley Jolene Donahue, born August 23, 2016 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. She weighed 8 lbs. 1 oz. and measured 20 inches in length at the time of her birth. She joins siblings Madison (15), Brookelyn (15), Carter (12), Bryce (11) and Brystal (2).

Grandparents are Mike and Pam McGeough of Monona, Helen McGeough of Waterville, Susan Donahue of Camanche and the late Thomas and Carol Donahue.
 

Tim and Kristi Fahey of Waukon and Jeff and Lisa Woodman of Monona announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their children, Hope Fahey and Elliott Woodman of Monona.

The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of Waukon Senior High School and a 2012 graduate of Upper Iowa University. She is employed by Crawford County Title Services in Prairie du Chien, WI.

The groom-elect is a 2007 graduate of MFL MarMac High School. He is employed by Three Rivers FS Company in Elkader.

Their wedding will be held September 3, 2016 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Waukon.

Doug and Jessica Troendle of Hampton, VA announce the birth of their son, Mickae Virgil-Joseph Troendle, born August 19, 2016. He weighed 7 lbs. 9 ozs. and measured 20-1/2 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins siblings Georgia and Jace.

Shawn and Faith Murphy of Waukon announce the birth of their daughter, Thea Elise Murphy, born August 19, 2016 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. She weighed 8 lbs. 5 ozs. and measured 21-3/4 inches in length at the time of her birth. She joins siblings Justin (11) and Trent (8).

Grandparents are Randy and Karen Ehde of Harpers Ferry and Brian and Sue Murphy of Waukon. Great-grandparents are Darrel and Janet Koozer of Harpers Ferry and Willis Johanningmeier of Monona.
