She weighed 8 lbs. 10 ozs. and measured 21-3/4 inches in length at the time of her birth. She joins siblings, Hank (10), Hazel (9), Rosie (6) and Ruby (3).

Grandparents are Tom and Angela Weighner of Waukon, Connie and Charlie Regan of Waukon, and Jim Iverson and Annie Riehm of Decorah. Ruth Vine is a great-grandparent.

Fred Oelberg will be retiring from Norplex after 46 years. In honor of the occasion, a celebration is planned for Friday, February 23 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. at Uptown Grill, 39 West Main Street in Waukon.
