Frank Delaney and Ann Troendle were married May 2, 1964 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lansing. Friends and family are invited to help them celebrate the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary Sunday, May 4 at an open house at the Kerndt Brothers Savings Bank Community Center in Lansing beginning at 11 a.m. A dance is scheduled from 2-5 p.m. with music by the Toe Tappers.

Howard and Judy Sorum of Atkins celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary April 18 with a family dinner hosted by their four children, Debbie, Kathy, Annie and Karen.

Juan and Catalina Pagaza of Monona announce the birth of their son, Finley Yeshua Pagaza, April 2, 2014 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 8.5 lbs. and measured 22 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins three siblings, Amy (12), Anabel (9) and Marcus (7).

Jon Steffens and Andrea Hawkins of Clermont announce the birth of their son, Tanner Wayne Steffens, April 9, 2014 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 8 lbs., 4 ozs. and measured 20-1/2 inches in length at the time of his birth.
Grandparents are Kevin and Marilyn Steffens of Maynard and Matthew and Jennifer Hawkins of Waukon.

Ryan and Jenny Hennessy of Waukon announce the birth of their son, Lucas James Hennessy, April 7, 2014 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 6 lbs. and measured 19 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins a sister, Allison (21 months).
Grandparents are Jeff and Janet Jannsen and Jim and Peggy Hennessy, all of Waukon. Great-grandparents are Carroll and Lela Blagsvedt of Houston, MN.

Robert and Renee Stokman of Eitzen, MN announce the birth of their son, Rylan James Stokman, April 6, 2014 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 7 lbs., 4.6 ozs. and measured 20-1/2 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins a sister, Kaylee (2).
Grandparents are James and Joann Schwartzhoff of Dorchester and Karl and Jean Stokman of Eitzen, MN. Rylan’s great-grandmother, Mary Lewis of Caledonia, MN, turned 91 on the day of his birth.

Matt and Mindy Howe of Waukon announce the birth of their son, Markus William Howe, April 7, 2014 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 9 lbs., 4.2 ozs. and measured 21 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins six siblings, Miles (15), Macoy (deceased), Mason and Max (7), Mallory (3) and Madison (22 months).
Grandparents are Yvonne Ramsey of Conesville and Mark and Barb Howe of Waukon. Great-grandparents are Bill and Karen Ferring and Betty Howe of Waukon.

Nicholas and Jennifer Mahr are happy to announce the birth of their son, Maddox Nicholas Mahr, March 21, 2014 at Mayo Clinic Health System Franciscan Healthcare in La Crosse, WI. He weighed 7 lbs. 3 ozs. and measured 19-¼ inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins two sisters, Ava (8) and Mya (2).  
Grandparents are Laurie and Frank Henkels of Monona, Bob and Cindy Bechtel of Decorah, Frank Mahr of Dorchester and Tammy Mahr of Protivin. Great-grandparents are Walter and Marianne Mahr of Dorchester and Betty Bechtel of Waukon.

Ralph and Yvonne Savoy of Cedar Rapids and Maria Savoy of West Bloomfield, MI are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Brittney Savoy, to Seth Clarke, son of Jim and Patty Clarke of Waukon. The couple plans to marry May 17 in Waukon with a reception to follow in Prairie du Chien, WI.  
The bride-elect is a graduate of Mount Mercy University and is employed as a Retail Banking Officer with Cedar Rapids Bank and Trust.
