Margaret (Burke) Grohall was born September 10, 1915 to Michael and Ellie (Byrnes) Burke in Dorchester on the family farm. She was the seventh of ten children. She left Waukon after high school and lived in Milwaukee for over 50 years. Her Waukon/Dorchester relatives include: McCormicks, Sweeneys, Griffins, Liddiards, Burkes and Schultes.
Friends and family will celebrate her 100th birthday with her at an open house Thursday, September 10 from 3-5 p.m. at Hillview Health Care, 3501 Park Lane Drive, La Crosse, WI.

Monday, September 14, members and spouses of the Class of 1955 at St. Patrick High School will gather for a reunion during the day at Kelly’s Place and for a 5 p.m. dinner and evening at Mulligan’s Irish Grill in Waukon. Friends, relatives and schoolmates from other grades or local schools are encouraged and welcome to join the group at Mulligan’s to socialize after dinner.

Betsy and Alberto Whitlatch of St. Cloud, MN announce the birth of their son, Arthur Ronaldo Whitlatch, August 11, 2015 at St. Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud, MN. He weighed 8 lbs., 9 ozs. and measured 19 inches in length at the time of his birth.
Grandparents are Barry and Lisa Fruechte of New Albin and Ron and Cathy Whitlatch of New York, NY. Great-grandparents are George and Jean Huffey of Waterville, Norma and the late Albert Fruechte of New Albin, Joseph and Ruth Wimsatt of Louisville, KY, and Josephine and the late Elmer Whitlatch of Parkersburg, WV.

Chris Bulman and M’Liss Burrier of Dorchester announce the birth of their daughter, Ada Marque Bulman, August 13, 2015 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. She weighed 7 lbs. 15 ozs. and measured 20 inches in length at the time of her birth.  She joins a brother, Tate (8).  
Grandparents are Delbert and Eloise Bulman of Dorchester and Doug and Suzi Burrier of Kerrville, TX.

Brad and Erin Dahlstrom of Tiffin announce the birth of their son, Vince Lee Dahlstrom, August 18, 2015 at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City. He weighed 8 lbs., 6 ozs. and measured 20-1/2 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins a brother, Aiden (2-1/2).
Grandparents are Dennis and Joan Dahlstrom of Waukon and Lanny and Ann Strausser of Waterloo. Great-grandmothers are Wanda Anderson and Norma Dahlstrom of Waukon.

Kayleen and Jared Schulte of Denver announce the birth of their daughter, Kenedy Marie Schulte, August 3, 2015 in Waverly. She weighed 9 lbs., 11.2 ozs. and measured 22 inches in length at the time of her birth. She joins three siblings, Carter, Kinely and Kamery.
Grandparents are Mary and the late Eugene Schulte of Waukon and Arlen and Kila Nuehring of Monona. Great-grandparents are Marlyn Nuehring of Monona and Kathlene Glass of Clermont.

Jordan and Shawn Cunningham of Cedar Rapids announce the birth of their son, Nox Snitker Cunningham, August 12, 2015 at Unity Point Health in Cedar Rapids. He weighed 9 lbs., 2.4 ozs. and measured 22-1/4 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins a brother, Nash (2).
Grandparents are Julie and Herb Snitker and Don and Bonnie Cunningham, all of Waukon. Great-grandparents are Janet and the late David Snitker, Edith and Richard Bloxham, Doris and the late John Cunningham, Jean Gander-Kurth, Gill Kurth and the late Earl Gander, all of Waukon.
