Danny and Sue (Stock) Schlitter of Waukon were married September 25, 1965. They plan to celebrate the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary with their family September 27.
Their children are Kent (Tracy) Schlitter of Waukon, Rob (Brenda) Schlitter of Marion and Andy (Maureen Fahey) Schlitter of  Waukon. They have four grandchildren, Jess, Jenna, Sam and Molly Schlitter.

Gayle Brink and Linda Bulman were married October 2, 1965 at First Presbyterian Church in Waukon. They plan to celebrate the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house, hosted by their sons, at Zalmona Presbyterian Church, rural Waukon Sunday, October 4 from 12-3 p.m.
The couple has three sons, Jeff, Jason and Jeremy Brink, all of Waukon, 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Those unable to attend the open house may send cards and well wishes to 103 Fourth Street NE, Waukon, IA 52172.

Members of Waukon High School’s Class of 1975 will gather for their 40-year reunion Saturday, October 3 at Green Valley Get Away in Waukon, with happy hour beginning at 4:30 p.m. and followed by pizza and salad bar available for purchase.  Class members who have not responded to their invitations are asked to call Lisa at 563-568-2313 to make a reservation. Everyone is welcome to come and socialize after the meal.

The Winkie family reunion will be held Sunday, October 11 at Zalmona Presbyterian Church, rural Waukon. A potluck meal will be served at 12:30 p.m. Coffee will be furnished. Those planning to attend are asked to bring prizes for Bingo and to remind other family members about the reunion.

Sarah and Kris Krueger of Waukon announce the birth of their son, Zenan Edward Krueger, August 13, 2015 at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, WI. He weighed 10 lbs. and measured 21-1/2 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins four siblings, Ethan (15), Sawyer (12), Kiana (11) and Remig (2).
Grandparents are Glenn and Terri Krueger of Waukon, Steve and Carolyn Thorsten of Lansing and the late Vernon Kukes. Great-grandmothers are Phyllis Snitker of Rossville and Marge Halverson of Lansing.

Adam and Kristy Anderson of Waukon announce the birth of their daughter, Madison Ann Anderson, September 9, 2015 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. She weighed 8 lbs., 9.8 ozs. and measured 21-1/2 inches in length at the time of her birth. She joins a brother, Tucker (17 mos.).
Grandparents are Brad and Bev Krambeer and Joel and Mary Anderson, all of Waukon. Great-grandparents are Arden and Joyce Hanson, Bob and Shirley Heimer and Gladwin and Darlene Anderson, all of Waukon.

Aaron and Amber Heins of Luana announce the birth of their daughter, Paisley Jo Heins, September 8, 2015 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. She weighed 7 lbs., 13 ozs. and measured 20-1/2 inches in length at the time of her birth. She joins a sister, Jocelyn (2).
Grandparents are Doug and Karen Gookin of Wilton and Steve and Muriel Heins of Luana. Great-grandparents are Wanda Gookin of Chariton, Janice Bockwoldt of Wilton and Imojean Ingles of Monona.

Nicole and Robby Doescher of Mazomanie, WI announce the birth of their son, Deklan Stephen Doescher, August 27, 2015 in Madison, WI. He weighed 5 lbs., 13 ozs. and measured 19-1/2 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins two brothers, Kade (4) and Klay (2).
Grandparents are Leon and Marsha Mindham of Prairie du Sac, WI, the late Linda Mindham, and Donald and  Rosemary Doescher of Blue Mounds, WI. Great-grandparents are Evelyn Mindham of Fennimore, WI and Esther Zander of Ridgeway,  WI.

Brandi Leigh Nebendahl of Monona announces the birth of her son, Dennis Joe Nebendahl, September 4, 2015 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 8 lbs., 10 ozs. and measured 20 inches in length at the time of his birth.
Grandparents are Randy and Krista Nebendahl of Monona. Great-grandparents are Dennis and Barb Nebendahl of Waterville and Blaine and Sherry Schultz of Postville.

Caleb Leiran and Katy Heldt of Waukon announce the birth of their son, Colton Joseph Leiran, September 3, 2015. He weighed 8 lbs., 4 ozs. at the time of his birth. He joins a sister, Stella Leiran (1).
Grandparents are Larre and Brenda Leiran of Waukon, Debbie Heldt of Fayette and Rick Heldt of Sioux City.
